Rosa trains clients using a variety of skills, tools and techniques. Her training consists of Body Weight, Kettlebells, Thai Boxing, Clubbells, Olympic Rings, Free weights, Swiss ball and Skipping.
Personal Training Sessions - Ready to tone up, lose fat and increase your energy levels? Work with Rosa twice a week for 6 weeks as she takes you through your personal training program, as well as provides you with nutritional and lifestyle support to help you achieve your goals.
Intensive Fat Loss Program (30 DAYS – 12 sessions) – For those who have struggled with losing body fat and keeping it off. This is an intensive program and only for those ready to commit to the full lifestyle program. Clients must commit to 3 sessions a week.
Lose 2-3 Inches around your waist ; Understand how to eat to lose fat ; Learn how to exercise to lose inches. This program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to continue your fat loss journey.

This program is intense. If you are ready to put the work in, make serious changes and see serious results then contact Rosa for an interview. During the interview Rosa will explain the program in great detail; show you before and after photos and help you to decide if this is for you.
Kettlebell Skills - Rosa is one of the UK’s top female Kettlebell trainers, having trained with the best in the industry. Kettlebells are an amazing strength and conditioning tool. Excellent for those new to working out as well as experienced gym goers. If you already train yourself but are looking to learn new skills Rosa will take you through various kettlebell skills. 2-3 sessions
Runners: As a 3 time marathon runner Rosa has trained several runners to become strong and flexible in areas that are typically problematic for runners. The improved strength, quality of movement and flexibility allows runners to stay strong, pain free and improve their running performance.
