Personal Training Sessions - Ready to tone up, lose fat and increase your energy levels?  Work with Rosa twice a week for 6 weeks as she takes you through your personal training program, as well as provides you with nutritional and lifestyle support to help you achieve your goals.

30 DAY Intensive Fat Loss Program – For those who have struggled with losing fat and keeping it off.  This is an intensive program and only for those ready to commit to the full lifestyle program.
