Struggling to lose weight? Try this

Will power is a crazy thing, it seems that some people have it and some people don’t.  We all know that person who one day woke up decided to quit smoking and that was it, they did it. Then there are those that keep trying and keep failing.

If you’ve been trying to lose weight for what seems like ever and have never quite reached your goals then try this:  Change one thing at a time until it becomes a habit and before moving on to the next.  The following are a few steps to losing weight:

1. Eat breakfast with protien

2. Drink plenty of water

3. Eat every 2.5-3 hours

4. Get your sleep

5. Cut out sugar and processed foods

6. Take a fish oil and a whole food supplement

7. Eat plenty of vegetables and some fruit

8. Control your portion sizes

These are a lot of things.  The biggest mistake most people make is trying to do all of these at once. For the next 2 weeks choose the habit you think you can manage and go with it.  It might seem like a small step at first but after 4 months you will have made all these changes and better yet they will have become a habit.  A four month successful plan is much better than continuously starting and failing.

You can do it!  In four moths time you’ll be glad you did.
