The Best Motivational Tool!

The best motivation is simply RESULTS.  Agh  did you think it was something else?  The truth is if you’re embarking on a new fitness or eating plan you’ll probably find that you are super motivated on the day you decide to start, you might even feel motivated the next day however for many people by the end of the week the motivation is gone.  Why?

Simply because changing habits is NOT easy.  It’s easier to slip back in to old ways and habits.  The fact is if you can stick with your plan long enough and start to achieve results then you’re more likely to keep at it.

Changing the way you look and feel does not happen over night but it does happen.   Set yourself up to succeed and on the days that it feels the hardest remind yourself why you are doing it.  Visualise the end result.  How will you look, be specific, what do your legs look like, bum, back, abs….visualise the body you know is there.

Think of an olympic athlete, they didn’t suddenly get to the Olympics, they had to follow a plan every day that was going to get them there, they had to get up on those dark, gloomy days and do what they had to do to work towards their goal.  Guaranteed on those tough days they visualised themselves on their way to the Olympics, at the opening ceremonies and on that podium.

You can do it!  Stay motivated by achieving results and celebrate the small ones.  A lot of small goals put together equal the final result.
