Be Good To Your Body
The human body is beyond amazing. So much happens that we do not see; unfortunately because of this we do not always treat it with the respect it deserves.
We take for granted that our liver will detox all the chemical substances we consume; we take for granted our heart will pump even when we treat our arteries poorly by eating high fat meals, leading to a build up, making it more difficult to transport blood; we take for granted the fact our digestive system will keep working hard to cleanse us, even though we eat things that are no where near real food.
The human body puts up with a lot and we can get away with a lot…to a point. People are often shocked when they hear of someone having a heart attack, being diagnosed with diabetes type 2 or even certain cancers. The truth is disease does not happen over night, the lifestyle diseases happen slowly from day to day, week to week and year to year.
It’s a shame as many of these diseases are preventable. The human body is amazing and it can regenerate itself in about 7 years; basically every cell in your body dies and is replaced. This is simply an interesting fact to prove how you treat your body now will determine how it looks and feels in the future.
Think carefully about what you put in your body. To stay healthy from the inside be sure to regularly do the following:
Drink plenty of water
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
Consume enough daily fibre
Get your sleep
Limit stress
Remember to look younger on the outside you must also aim to look younger on the inside. Don’t forget just because you can’t see what’s going on, your body is working hard everyday, don’t make it’s job even harder.
Health & Vitality
ps. The World Health Organisation, governments around the world and numerous health organisations all ask people to eat more fruits & vegetables. The reasons why are obvious yet most people do not do this consistently enough (every day!), or simply eat fruit and veg that have been picked too early for transport, therefor are depleted of their full nutritional potential.
If you struggle then supplementing is the next best thing. Go here and watch a short video, any questions email me at contact@rocofit.com
