Weakend – No it’s not a typo

Do you stick to your health & fitness goals all week only to completely fall off the wagon at the weekend?  The weekend for some reason has become a reason/ excuse to lose focus of our goals.  Worse yet is we see getting off track as a treat that we deserve.

How to over come the weekend blow out?

1.  Remind yourself of your goals and what they mean to you to achieve them

2. View good food and exercise as a reward to your body rather than unhealthy options

3. Focus on non-food /drink rewards such as a massages, spa treatments or a new piece of clothing

4. Visualise what you will look like in your favourite beach wear

5. Write down how your life will change for you once you’ve achieved your goals.

Stop letting the weekends sabotage your dreams and goals of where you want to get to.  Be strong, stay focussed and surround yourself by people who will encourage you to get there.
