Body Weight Workout – Tough One
This body weight workout will be tough for some but worth the effort! 
Workout: Set your gymboss interval for 3 minutes of work with 1 rest, repeat this for 4-5 sets
Exercise 1 – Squat Thrusts 10 repetitions
Exercise 2 – Press Ups with one leg raised 10 repetitions
Exercise 3 – Side Lunges – 10 repetions (5 to each side)
Repeat all three exercises until the 3 minutes are up. Rest for 1 minute and start again with the exercise you had finished the last set with. Repeat for 4-7 sets.
These workouts are great if you are looking to workout from home, don’t have a lot of time or part of your current resistance program.
Be sure to keep your technique excellent, remember technique and safety are more important than numbers. Stay safe while working hard.
