Deviled Eggs with Avocado

These deviled eggs are simple to make and delicious.

Boil 3-6 eggs, depending on how many you are serving for.

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon olive oil

Dash of sea salt

Sprinkle of paprika

Optional: spring onions

Method:
Hard boil the eggs. Let cool and then slice down the middle the long way.

Scoop out the egg yolks in to a separate bowl. Place egg whites aside
Add half an avocado for 3 eggs, or full for all 6. Add olive oil, salt and mash together.

Take the mixture and scoop on to the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.

This is so simple and is an excellent snack or alongside a salad.
