Kettlebell Workout – Getting Started

This workout will definitely get your heart rate going!

What to do:

10 Kettebell Swings

10 Squat and presses

10 Swings

10 Burpees

Complete all four exercises and then take a 30 second rest.

Repeat 6 sets of these to start.  Throughout the week work your way up to 10 sets! 

Be sure to push yourself while maintaining perfect technique.  Staying safe means you can continue to enjoy working out.  Once extra set or extra repetition for the sake of a number isn’t worth it if it means getting injured.

    I tried this and this is an awesome workout. I thought it would be easy, but it’s not. I made it thru 6 reps, but just barely. I will be doing this again tomorrow! Thanks so much the workout – I love it!
