Amazing Autumn Abs Workout
Amazing abs aren’t just for summer. This weeks workout is a the autumn abs workout routine, it’s all about maintaining strong abs all year round.
For this workout you will need one kettlebell:
Workout
5 Windmills each side
10 Deep Goblet Squats
5 Side bends each side
10 Double arm swings
5 Planks with knee to elbow touches
Rest for 1 minute and repeat for 4-6 sets
