This recipe came to me from Jill Boadway a Holistic Culinary Coach of Concious Table
1 part chia seeds ( I used a small scoop that comes with my protein powder)
3 parts almond milk
Dash of vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Mix together in a small bowl and place in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes. Take out mix well and enjoy!
