When was the last time however you made the choice based on the simple fact of what your body needs? Making the choice because you want to eat nutrient dense food that is healing and gives you energy.
The next time you choose something to eat have a look at it and think to yourself. Is this something that will help my body to be healthy? If the answer is no then it’s likely your food choice is taking you away from health.
I know it sounds drastic but most of our modern day diseases don’t happen over night, they happen over small, seemingly insignificant choices that occur over a very long period of time.
Avoid things that simply do not look real. Our drinks should not be florescent and we weren’t made to eat most things that come in a box. If it’s not taking you one step closer to health, it’s likely taking you away from it.
