Kale and Avocado Quick Snack

Oooh this is currently one of my favourite snacks. It might not seem like it’s super yummy but trust me this is a must try.

This is black kale, it’s much more tender and has a gentler taste than curly Cale. I simply mash an avocado, spread it on the raw kale, sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt, pepper and olive oil.

It’s a great raw recipe packed with antioxidants and good fats.

It doesn’t get much easier or tastier than this.
