No Experience Necessary, this is for beginners. Perfect for those wanting to learn how to safely use kettlebells so you can train at home.

The purpose of this session is to teach you skills so you walk away confident to apply them on your own. The purpose is not to give you a workout session, however you will definitely feel like you had a workout.

I’d heard about Kettlebell training, but had never used them before. A friend had trained with them and had injured her back quite badly, so I was extremely hesitant at first. But Rosa showed me the correct technique, gave me confidence and I always felt safe in her hands.
I was really surprised at the way integrating Kettlebells gave me such a comprehensive and efficient workout – legs, abs, back, shoulders – I really got a total body workout using them under Rosa’s instruction. Kettlebells are a great way to train – so much more challenging and rewarding than other weights or machines. I haven’t found a more effective, more sustainable way of training.
