10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Squats with lunge touches (slow on the down phase, faster on the up)
10 Lunges forward and back lunges with a touch – Step back and then with the same leg step forward. Take these slow.
Rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 8 sets.
