Kettlebell Skills - Rosa is one of the UK and Canada’s top female Kettlebell trainers, having trained with the best in the industry. Kettlebells are an amazing strength and conditioning tool. Excellent for those new to working out as well as experienced gym goers. If you already train yourself but are looking to learn new skills Rosa will take you through various kettlebell skills. 2-3 sessions

Runners: As a 3 time major marathon runner Rosa has trained several runners to become strong and flexible in areas that are typically problematic for runners. The improved strength, quality of movement and flexibility allows runners to stay strong, pain free and improve their running performance.

LOCATION: Rosa trains clients at Ground Work Athletics. An exclusive training facility in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
