30 DAY INTENSIVE FATLOSS

This is a serious program for those who have had enough of losing weight only to put it back on.

You must be ready to commit to sessions and work outside of sessions.  If you’re ready then this is for you.  At the end of this program you will walk away knowing exactly how to keep the fat off.

The program entails:

Workout: 3 times a week

Food & sleep diary: Must bring to all sessions or session will not go ahead

Follow nutrition and lifestyle protocols

Be aware this means no alcohol for the first 2 weeks.

If you’re already thinking I can’t give up alcohol or I can’t be bothered to keep a food diary then you’re not ready to take up this challenge.  This is a NO EXCUSES program.

Having said that, if you’re ready you will by the end of this program not only achieved results of losing fat but you will leave with the knowledge and understanding of how to keep it off and still have a life.
