Personal Training Sessions
One to one weekly sessions are perfect for individuals who need the accountability and/or encouragement when working out.
In your first session you will be taken through various movement patterns and a postural assessment. The results will then be used to design a program that will help you to achieve your desired results as safely as possible.
Sessions are 1 hour 2-3 times a week depending on your availability and goals you’re looking to achieve.
Bookings are based on 6 week blocks to ensure maximum results. (Payment may be broken down in to smaller blocks)
Sessions will consist mostly of a carefully planned progressive workout; Rosa will also prescribe nutrition and lifestyle protocols that will ensure you get the most out of your training.
