Ah I can’t even tell you how much I’m loving this new Rocofit Site. I feel like we can connect so much easier now. Many of you have already been leaving brilliant comments and it’s simply a fun place to share and learn.
Starting on Monday and every Monday for the next 6 weeks I will be answering your questions on kettlebells, general fitness, nutrition, motivation almost anything that is relevant to helping us improve our health and well-being. I’ll be doing this all via video! These won’t be beautifully edited videos, simply raw iphone get to the point quick videos
I don’t have the answers to everything or pretend to but I am passionate about health and helping you to be as healthy as you can be. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll likely be able to find someone who does or at least give you an idea of where to go for further research.
How and where to ask your questions:
1) Start by posting your questions right here on this post below. If you haven’t subscribed to updates be sure to enter your email to the right hand side (be sure to check your inbox to verify the subscription – check your junkmail as well).
2) Post questions on facebook.com/rocofit
3) Post questions on the Rocofit Response Vloggs on the YouTube/rocofit channel.
If you haven’t subscribed to all three be sure to as not all information makes it on to all three platforms
That’s it. Each Monday I will choose a question possibly a few depending on how long the response is and give you my best answer via video.
